Ground Floor with Cozy Fireplace

You enter this luxurious 6-person villa through the entryway, which includes a restroom. From there, you’ll find yourself in the spacious living room featuring a cozy gas fireplace, cable TV, radio, DVD/CD player, and heated floors. It’s a wonderful place to unwind after a tiring day at the beach.

The kitchen of this luxurious villa is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare a delicious meal for you and your family. The fully equipped kitchen features a combination microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Senseo machine, a toaster, a citrus juicer, a hand blender, and a kettle.

The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This bedroom features two single box-spring beds, a TV, a safe for your valuables, and an adjoining bathroom. This bathroom is luxuriously appointed with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and bathroom vanity.

The laundry room

The laundry area of this luxury villa is located in the basement. Here you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner.

Upper floor with wellness facilities

On the upper floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, PVC flooring, and its own television. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a stunning view of the Texel landscape and the coast. This bedroom also features a tanning bed where you can touch up your tan. The children’s room has a wooden crib. The box-spring beds are equipped with duvets. Renting linens is mandatory. You must bring your own linens for the crib.

The villa’s luxury is further evident in the upstairs bathroom. You can relax in the double steam cabin/shower after a long walk on Texel’s beautiful beach. The bathroom also features a^second toilet, a vanity unit, and a hair dryer.

The south-facing terrace is a wonderful spot for the whole family to enjoy the sun or have a nice meal outdoors in the summer. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a parasol.
