The spacious vacation home is barrier-free with doors of 93cm. The first floor has a private entrance that opens into a hall with stairs to the upper floor, a toilet and access to the living room with open kitchen. The sitting area is equipped with comfortable sofas and television, in the same space there is a 6-person dining area and there is an open kitchen with drawer units, a ceramic/induction hob and thermostatic faucet, dishwasher and combi microwave oven, filter coffee maker and kettle. From the living room is accessible a double bedroom on the first floor size is 350x400 cm, it is equipped with 2 single beds. There is a direct connection from the bedroom to the adapted bathroom. The bathroom (250x250 cm) has a shower and there is a sink (with thermostatic faucet) and a raised toilet with folding brackets. There are also handrails and folding wall handles. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor and each has two single beds and sink and are accessible by a so-called "lazy" staircase, equipped with anti-slip and handrail. In the entrance hall you will find a second toilet and the stairs to the upper floor.
The vacation home has a privé terrace with its own furniture, there is a hedge planting all around. The spacious landscaped parking lot you share with other visitors, the playground and equipment is also for general use.
