Washing machine and dryer. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump, making it comfortably warm in winter and cool in summer. Because the energy is generated with solar panels on the cattle barn, Brakestein is energy neutral. There is a bicycle shed for shared use.
Details:
There is a private terrace in the shared garden at the rear of the farmhouse. In the stolp is a group room for general use. The grounds of the cattle farm are not accessible. There is a charging station for electric cars for common use. Linen for the crib must be brought by yourself.
