Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each with 2 single box-spring beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Washing machine and dryer. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump, making it comfortably warm in winter and cool in summer. Because the energy is generated with solar panels on the cattle barn, Brakestein is energy neutral. There is a bicycle shed for shared use.
