Upon arrival, walk down the alley to the left into a lockable bike shed and to the right through the door to the cottage. Through the entryway with a large doormat, coat rack, stairs to the upper level, and a niche with a washing machine and vacuum cleaner, you’ll pass the bathroom and downstairs bedroom to reach the living room with an open kitchen. Everything is cozy and modernly furnished. Seating area with a two-person sofa, a swivel chair, and two side tables. TV on a stand, freestanding cabinet, and round dining table with 3 chairs. Brand-new kitchen, including a Quooker, generously equipped. Pleated blinds and in-between curtains serve as window treatments. All casement windows, both upstairs and downstairs, are fitted with screens. The two exterior doors also have screen doors. Upstairs, you walk through the landing—which features a large skylight, a small desk, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack—to the double bedroom. There is also a large skylight here. Downstairs, a separate door from the hallway leads to the spacious, sheltered garden. Through a gate in the garden, you can also reach the alley and bicycle shed from the outside. Inside the shed, you’ll find a charging station for bicycles, chair cushions, a BBQ, and a clothesline.
