The living room features a Smart TV (Samsung) and a large dining table. The open kitchen, located at the front of the house, is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas stove (5 burners), electric kettle, milk frother, Nespresso coffee machine, and a (filter) coffee maker. The washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and ironing board with iron can be found in the adjacent utility room. There is also a second shower and sink here. In the entryway near the front door, there is a coat closet and a separate toilet. An open staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bright bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The master bedroom features 2 single beds and a sofa bed (suitable for children). This bedroom also features a second TV (with a Blu-ray player). French doors provide access to the balcony. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (which can be moved apart if desired). The property is separated on the left and right sides by conifer hedges for extra privacy. The front and back yards are grassy. In the backyard, you can enjoy a spacious patio with a garden table, chairs, and a parasol with two lounge chairs.
