This amazing family villa exudes an atmosphere of luxury and pure perfection. Through the entrance you enter the spacious living room, where you will find the living room which is equipped with a sitting area, Smart TV and a decorative fireplace. When you turn it on, it gives a cozy and warm atmosphere in the villa. The renovated open kitchen is fully equipped such as a dishwasher, fridge freezer, combination microwave, filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker. The dining area with spacious dining table can accommodate 8 people, on the comfortable train carriage sofa you can take a seat for the cozy family atmosphere and for fine dining.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

This family villa has 4 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a comfortable single box spring bed and a TV. There is also a bathroom here, which is equipped with a walk-in shower, large washbasin and a toilet. On the first floor you can find the other 3 bedrooms, all of which are equipped with two single box spring beds. On the first floor there is a renovated luxury bathroom, which is equipped with a walk-in shower, bath with whirlpool function, double washbasin and a sauna where you can relax and completely unwind. There is a separate toilet on the first floor.

Garden

From the living room you have access through the patio doors to the lovely spacious garden which is located on the south. There are several places where you can relax and experience the outdoors to the fullest. For the little ones, there is a trampoline to enjoy the outdoors.

General

There are two private parking spaces available. This villa has one charging point for an electric car. Washing machine and dryer are available. Children's furniture is standard, extra children's furniture is available on request and for a fee. Free WIFI. Smoking is not allowed.
