Quietly located vacation home with a hot tub

The living room features a seating area, a Smart TV (Samsung), and a dining table for 6 people. The open kitchen, located at the front of the house, is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave-oven combo, and a separate microwave, gas stove (5 burners), electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a (filter) coffee maker. The washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and ironing board with iron can be found in the adjacent utility room. The utility room also houses the second shower stall. The utility room also has a door leading outside. In the entryway near the front door, there is a coat closet and a separate toilet. An open staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (with 3 TVs!) and a beautiful, bright bathroom with a corner tub (whirlpool), shower, and toilet. The master bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed (suitable for children). This bedroom also has a second TV (with a Blu-ray player). The French doors open onto the balcony. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (which can be pushed apart if desired). Two cars can be parked on the driveway. At the end of the driveway is a small wooden shed. The property is separated on the left and right sides by hedges. The front and back yards are grassy; the back yard features a spacious patio with a garden table, chairs, and a parasol, along with two lounge chairs.
