The ground floor with extra large living room

Through the hall of the villa, which includes a small bathroom, you will enter the extra large living room. This attractively furnished living room has a flat screen TV, radio, DVD/CD player, tiled floors and wood burning stove to warm up in the evening after a day in the Texel landscape or beach.

The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped with combi oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Nespresso, Senseo, toaster, citrus press and kettle. All the necessities to prepare a delicious meal for your family.

In the utility room of the villa you will find a safe to store your valuable items. You can also find all the necessary items for the household like a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Upper floor with Finnish sauna and whirlpool

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two of them with 2 single boxspring beds and a bedroom with 1 single boxspring bed. The bedrooms have laminate floors and one bedroom has its own TV. Bed linen for the beds is provided; however, renting the linen is required. There is also a camping bed, but please bring your own linen for this bed. The bedrooms provide beautiful views over the Texel landscape.

If you like to relax after a long day, then the villa on Waddenstaete is a perfect choice. With the Finnish sauna you will enjoy your well-deserved holiday and the whirlpool is a wonderful way to unwind.

The bathroom of the villa has a double sink, shower, whirlpool, Finnish sauna and a 2nd separate toilet. A lovely place to freshen up so that you can go out and enjoy another lovely spot on Texel.

The villa at Waddenstaete villapark is equipped with central heating and underfloor heating. Don’t worry about cold feet. For the little ones, the villa has a highchair, camping bed and a gate for the stairwell.

On one of the two terraces of the villa you can enjoy beautiful views over the meadows and stables of Texel. The other terrace is located to the south and features garden furniture and umbrella.

Parking at the villa is no problem as the villa has its own parking space. There is a central car park for several cars.

The villas have their own Wi-Fi connection (80/80 Mbps), which is free to use.
