The luxury villas 53, 55, 63, 65, and 67 have a floor area of 155 m² including a sunroom; the living room and kitchen are 30 m² larger than in the other villas.

The luxury villa at Het Buitenhof Villa Park is surrounded by meadows and horses. The villa is situated on the edge of the heath and is close to the forest. A delightful spot on Texel where you can hear the birds singing, see hares and rabbits running across the field, and watch the horses playing in the pasture.

Warm up by the fireplace downstairs

Come enjoy this luxury vacation villa at the Het Buitenhof villa park on Texel. The ground floor of this villa has an area of 100 m². You enter through the foyer of the home. Here you’ll also find the first restroom. The living room is tastefully decorated with a cozy gas fireplace, a digital Smart TV, a Sonos Beam, a Sonos One, a DVD/CD player, and a sunroom measuring no less than 30m2 where you can enjoy the beautiful view. You don’t have to worry about cold feet. The entire ground floor of the villa is fully tiled with underfloor heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a grill oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer, hand blender, and electric kettle. So you can choose to cook for yourself in this well-equipped kitchen. If you’d rather eat out, you’ll find several cozy restaurants within walking distance in the village of De Koog.

After a busy day on the beautiful island of Texel, you can unwind in the bedroom on the ground floor. The bedroom is equipped with two single box-spring beds, a flat-screen TV, and a safe for storing your valuables. The adjoining bathroom has a luxurious feel and is equipped with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, bathroom vanity, and a hair dryer.

The utility room, which contains a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner, is accessible from outside.

Unwind upstairs in the Finnish sauna

On the upper floor of the 6-person villa, you can continue to enjoy the luxury. In the 2-person Finnish sauna, you can completely unwind after a busy day on beautiful Texel. For a healthy tan, you can use the tanning bed.

The two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor are furnished with two single box-spring beds, PVC flooring, and a flat-screen TV. The beds come with bedding; however, renting linens is required. One of the two bedrooms has a balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise and the beautiful Texel landscape as soon as you wake up. The children’s room has a wooden crib. You’ll need to bring your own bedding for this.

The luxurious bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a double steam cabin/shower, a second toilet, a bathroom vanity, and a hair dryer. It’s a wonderful place to freshen up and unwind after a busy day.

Het Buitenhof has a lot to offer

At Het Buitenhof villa park, you can relax in one of the 6-person villas nestled in the heart of the Texel countryside. The villas have a total area of no less than 155m2. In addition, the villas feature two terraces, one of which faces south. This means you can spend plenty of time sitting outside and enjoying the sun. The terraces are equipped with patio furniture and a parasol. All villas feature the same stylish interior design and are equipped with central heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor, and a private Wi-Fi fiber-optic connection (100/100 Mbps), which is free to use.

The Buitenhof villa park on Texel is also an excellent choice for families with young children. All villas come equipped with a high chair, a crib, and a stair gate. The park also features a small playground and a trampoline. A water park just 500 meters away is a wonderful addition for the children.

Parking right outside the villas is no problem. Each villa has space for two cars right in front of the door.

The central parking lot has two charging stations for electric cars (22 kW each).
