Ground Floor with Fully Equipped Kitchen

On the ground floor, you’ll find everything you need during your stay in this luxurious 6-person villa on Texel. The ground floor has an area of 70m². The entire floor has tile flooring and underfloor heating. The first restroom is located in the villa’s entryway. The tastefully decorated living room features a gas fireplace, a digital Smart TV, a Sonos Beam, and a DVD/CD player for your entertainment.

The villa has a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a grill oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer, hand blender, and electric kettle. Would you rather not cook during your stay? Then visit one of the cozy restaurants in the village, located just 1.1 kilometers from the villa.

Downstairs, you’ll also find a bedroom with two single box-spring beds, a flat-screen TV, and a safe where you can securely store your valuables. The adjoining bathroom features a whirlpool tub, a separate shower, a bathroom vanity, and a hair dryer. The utility room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, is accessible from outside.

Upper Floor with Spacious Bedrooms

On the upper floor of the villa, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The bedrooms feature PVC flooring and both have a flat-screen TV. On this floor, you can relax and enjoy some wellness time. One bedroom features a balcony and a sunbed. The bathroom has a double steam cabin/shower, a second toilet, a vanity unit, and a hair dryer. There is also a children’s room with a wooden crib and a two-person Finnish sauna available for your use.

The beds are equipped with duvets. Renting linens is required. You must bring your own linens for the children’s bed.

Het Buitenhof is the perfect place to completely unwind

The villa has central heating and underfloor heating on the ground floor. All villas have the same layout. For the little ones, a high chair, a crib, and a stair gate are provided. The park features a small playground and a trampoline for the children. The villa is surrounded by two terraces, one of which faces south, complete with patio furniture and a parasol. Each villa has two parking spaces. In addition, the villas have their own fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection (100/100 Mbps). You can use this wireless internet connection for free. In the central parking lot, there are two charging stations for electric cars (22 kW each).
