In the conservatory is a dining area with a dining table for 6 people, through the many windows it is a lovely bright space and you have views over the garden and terrace. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, such as fridge and freezer, combination oven, dishwasher and various coffee machines. There are 3 bedrooms, één is located on the first floor and has a comfortable 2-person box spring bed and a TV. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom which is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with two single box spring beds. One bedroom has a TV and a private terrace. There is also a bathroom on this floor which is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor there is a separate toilet. From the conservatory you can go through sliding doors into the spacious garden and terrace which faces southeast and offers the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and the garden is fully fenced.
