Cozy family home on a beautiful estate near De Koog and the beach

The house has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All bedrooms have two single beds (single duvets). The two upstairs bedrooms have a sink. One of these has an extra TV. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room with a dining table and a semi-open kitchen. From the living room, sliding doors lead out to a terrace (facing southwest) where you can enjoy the sun. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and features a bathtub, shower, and sink. There are also two separate toilets, one downstairs and one on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a combination microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The house also has wireless internet, satellite TV, and a stereo. The utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. There is a spacious garden and terrace, and you can park in the parking lot across from the lawn where the vacation home is located.
