Attractive vacation home with lots of privacy on the outskirts of De Koog

Modern and attractive 6-person villa with a spacious garden facing south and located near the center of seaside resort De Koog, the forest, dunes and the North Sea. The living room is tastefully decorated and features a sitting area with smart TV and a wood-burning stove. When you ignite this gives a warm and cozy atmosphere in the living room. You will also find a dining table for 4 to relax. The neat open kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and several coffee machines, you will also find a dining area with dining table for 6 people.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms which all have 2 comfortable single box spring beds. There are 2 bedrooms with a TV and USB charging point, also 2 bedrooms have a washbasin. The neat bathroom is located on the first floor and has a shower with rain shower, whirlpool, double sink and toilet. On the first floor there is a separate toilet. When you open the terrace doors from the living room, you enter the terrace and the spacious garden which is located on the southwest. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and an outdoor fireplace where you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere.
