Vacation Villa The Forsythia is a 6-person vacation home with a grand view of the countryside. The house virtually borders the edge of the forest. There are three bedrooms, of which één downstairs, and a bathroom on each floor.
Entrance and hallway with toilet, stairs to second floor, coat rack and mirror.
Spacious living room with a 6- to 7-person dining table, a large corner sofa with five seats, comfortable swivel chair and a large smart TV.
The kitchen has several appliances and an extensive kitchen inventory including a toaster, orange juicer, hand mixer.
The downstairs bedroom has a double box spring combination equipped with a top deck mattress. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom with a spacious shower unit equipped with hand and rain shower plus sunshower. Shower chair is available on request. Separate toilet with fountain, accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms with two box-spring beds and a French balcony. Two of the three bedrooms have a smart TV. The second bathroom has a bath with whirlpool function, separate shower cabin with hand and rain shower, double sink and toilet. Small utility room with washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies is also available. All bedrooms have blackout curtains.
Spacious garden bordered with sleepers fence, forestation, dikes and dunes. The garden is almost completely enclosed. Terrace (west facing) adjacent to the house with garden furniture and sunbeds. Second terrace with picnic table on the southeast. Large stone barbecue. Private parking for two cars.
