Relax downstairs by the fireplace
The first floor of the villa is spacious and has an area of 100m². The entire first floor has tiling and underfloor heating. You enter the luxury villa through the hall with toilet. Then you can easily walk through to the cozy living room which is equipped with cozy fireplace (gas), digital Smart TV, radio, DVD/CD player and a spacious living porch of 30 sqm. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with grill oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, juicer, blender and kettle.

On the first floor you will also find the first bedroom. This spacious bedroom is equipped with 2x single box spring beds, a flat screen TV and safe to store your valuables. The adjacent bathroom is fully equipped with whirlpool, separate shower, bathroom cabinet and hair dryer. The storage room with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner is accessible from the outside.

Enjoying the Finnish sauna on the second floor
On the upper floor, the luxury of the villa is once again evident. After a wonderful day enjoying the Texel scenery you can relax in the 2-person Finnish sauna or work on your tan under the solarium. Also on the upper floor you will find two spacious bedrooms with 2x single box spring beds, PVC flooring and digital Smart TVs. The beds in the bedrooms are equipped with comforters, but linen rental is required. One of the two bedrooms has a balcony. This bedroom is also where you will find the solarium. The children's room is equipped with a wooden crib. For this cot you must bring your own linen.

The second bathroom of the villa is located on the second floor. This bathroom is also fully equipped with a double steam cabin / shower, 2nd toilet, bathroom cabinet and hair dryer.

You will totally relax in this luxury 6 persons villa on Villapark Bleekerscoogh on Texel. The luxury villa has a total area of 155 m² with beautiful conservatory to enjoy the Texel landscape. If the weather permits, you can also sit outside on one of the two terraces, one facing south. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture and parasol. All villas have the same design and are equipped with central heating, floor heating and have their own Wi-Fi fiber optic connection (40/10 Mbps), this wireless internet connection is free to use. For the little ones there is a high chair, crib and stair gate in the villa. At the park there is a small playground and a trampoline for the children.

You can easily park at the villa itself. Each villa has its own parking space. If you come with more than two cars, you can park them in the central parking lot.
New is the charging station for all types of electric cars. In the central parking lot there are 2 charging points each (22kw) which is free for our guests to use.
