Through the hall of the villa, which is equipped with a toilet, you enter the extra large living room. This attractively furnished living room is equipped with flat screen TV, radio, DVD/CD player, tiled floors and a wood-burning stove to warm up in the evening after a day at the Texel landscape or beach.

The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped with combi-oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Nespresso, Senseo, bread toaster, juicer and kettle. All you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family.

In the storage room of the villa you will find a safe to store your valuables. Here you can also find all the household necessities such as a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Upper floor with Finnish sauna and whirlpool
On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, two with 2x single box spring beds and one with 1x single box spring bed. The bedrooms have laminate floors, one bedroom has its own television. The bedding for the beds is provided. However, rental of these is mandatory. There is also a camp bed available. You must bring your own linen for this. The bedrooms offer a beautiful view of the Texel landscape.

On one of the two terraces of the villa you can enjoy beautiful views over the meadows and stables of Texel. The other terrace faces south and is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.

Parking at the villa is no problem as the villa has its own parking space. There is central parking for several cars.
