Beautifully and quietly located, near the North Sea beach, dunes, forest and within walking distance of the bustling center of De Koog. ( 5 min).


Layout:
Cozy living room with among others flat-screen TV, DVD/radio/CD player, fireplace stove and floor heating, sliding doors to terrace and large sheltered garden.
Open kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, hall, storage room with washing machine and dishwasher.
Upstairs: 2 very spacious bedrooms with washbasin and extra toilet.
Crib, playpen, highchair available. Free internet WiFi.


General information:
Changeover day is on Friday.
Weekly rentals only, possible exception for winter period.
Bed linen is available for rent but not required.
One pet is allowed.
Final cleaning is not obligatory.
Sufficient parking is available.
The bungalow is legionella certified.
Not rented to young people only.

Wij verhuren twee luxe, vrijstaande bungalows in de Koog. Op een mooie locatie ('t Stappeland), vlakbij het Noordzeestrand, de duinen, het bos en op loopafstand van het centrum van de gezellige badplaats de Koog. Een ideale uitvalbasis om onbezorgd te genieten van het eiland en de schoonheid te ontdekken die Texel u biedt!

Wij bieden een nette, schone bungalow aan en staan gastvrij klaar om u een heerlijke vakantie te bezorgen op een fantastisch eiland.

De receptie bevindt zich aan de rand van het Stappeland, vandaar de naam Stapperand. Ik ben uw gastvrouw en hoop u binnenkort hartelijk te begroeten!
