Bedroom with two electrically adjustable high/low beds and with an open passage to the bathroom with barrier-free shower, height-adjustable sink, towel radiator and raised toilet with wall bars. Upstairs is a living/bedroom with a double sofa bed (160 x 200), TV, radio/CD player, refrigerator with freezer and washing machine. Third bedroom with two single box-spring beds (90 x 200). Second bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink, toilet and towel radiator. Balcony on the west side so you can enjoy the sun there from noon. In the basement is a central hall with washer/dryer, separate toilet and the hose of the central vacuum system.
