When you enter the vacation villa through the front door, you enter the spacious living room. Here there is a spacious sitting area with Smart TV and soundbar. As audio the soundbar can be used and a Google Nest is present. There is also a cozy dining area with large dining table for hours of dining and games, for example. There is an open kitchen which is fully equipped with a 5-burner induction hob, Quooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, convection oven with microwave function, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker. To provide you with comfort, there is underfloor heating throughout the first floor. The house has three bedrooms, 1 of which is on the first floor with 2 single box spring beds. The bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite bathroom. This includes a walk-in shower and double sink with towel radiator. There is a separate toilet on the first floor. The second bright and spacious bathroom on the second floor has a walk-in shower and double sink. There is also a separate toilet on the second floor. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 single box-spring beds, 2 single comforters and 2 pillows. From the living room you reach the spacious terrace with garden furniture. The lovely spacious garden offers lots of privacy and is south facing. It is lovely to stay here. The garden offers every opportunity to completely unwind and enjoy island life. Through the terrace you can walk to the lockable shed. This is equipped with electricity for charging your electric bicycle. You also walk across the terrace to the spacious roof with electricity and lounge set. Here you can relax in the evening sun. Washer and dryer are available. The stair gate is standard. There is free WIFI available. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation villa. There is privé parking for 3 cars. There are 2 pets welcome.
