When you enter the living room, you enter the delightful open kitchen with cooking island where you can prepare the most delicious dishes together. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, Quooker, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also a spacious dining area with a dining table for 6 where you can enjoy your meals and enjoy the days. When you walk past the dining area, you come into the cozy living room which has a sitting area with Smart TV. The large glass facade provides plenty of light and space in the living room, allowing you to experience the outdoors inside as well. There are four bedrooms, one on the first floor and three upstairs. Through the living room you enter the bedroom which has a comfortable double box spring bed and an ensuite bathroom which is equipped with a shower, sink and bathtub. On the first floor the bedrooms have large windows, offering spacious and bright bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable double box-spring bed, and één is equipped with a comfortable single bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. Through double doors in the living room you have access to the spacious garden facing south. The lovely lounge sofa allows you to completely unwind and experience the optimal island feeling. Garden furniture is available.
