Through the hall, where the toilet is also located, you enter the spacious living room with comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and fridge freezer. You cook on induction. The bedroom on the first floor has two extra-long single box-spring beds (90x210). Adjacent is the bathroom with walk-in rain shower with sunshower XL. On the second floor is a bedroom with two extra long single box-spring beds (90x210), with a private bathroom with massage walk-in shower and toilet. There is a wellness room with a double whirlpool, hammam, sauna and a smart TV. The total living area is one hundred square meters. The spacious garden has a terrace with garden furniture and parasol.
