The house has a cozy, bright living room with an open kitchen. It is furnished with a comfortable sitting area with smart TV and large dining table. Adjacent to the living room is an open play or rest corner createdëered. The open kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, combination oven, Nespresso machine, kettle and a large refrigerator. The French doors offer plenty of light and direct access to the garden with unobstructed views and a large south-facing terrace. The terrace is equipped with a large dining table and lounge set. Children can play freely in the enclosed garden and on the playground with swings, trampoline and soccer goals. There is also a play attic on the second floor. The house has 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds. One bedroom is on the first floor and has a private bathroom. In total there are 3 bathrooms, all with large walk-in shower, 1 bathroom has an extra bathtub and toilet. There are 3 toilets, 2 of which are separate.
