The house was completely renovated in 2021 and meets the needs of our time. It is located against the dunes on a large piece of sheltered private lawn. The view from the living kitchen is fantastic. A kitchen diner, a living room with wood stove and a bedroom with bathroom on the first floor. An open staircase upstairs with 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet on the second floor. Free WIFI & netflix. A heat pump, solar water heater, solar panels & a green sedum roof contribute to a sustainable stay.
